Name: coconut & white fungus braise old chicken
Material: Chicken (0.5kg), a coconut, 40g dry white fungus, 12 pcs. of Chinese date, 3 pcs. of ginger, accessories, salt.
Modus operandi:
1Take off the shell of coconut, and use the coconut juice and pulp. Use hot water to cook the skin of the chieck for preparation.
2White fungus sink by water for 15 minutes, and clean it.
3Put the chicken inside the boiler, add hot water to cover the chicken's body, and hot heat, then turn to middle with 45 minutes. Then put in white fungus, Chinese dates, gingers to cook another 45 minutes, and put in some salt.
Efficacy:
removing summer-heat, reduce endogenous fire good for spleen and stomach, loose weight (fibres of pulp can make body slim). To take the juice and pulp at home is very difficult, so pls ask the seller to cut it and help to take out the juice and pulp, then it's more convenience. Totally need 110 minutes sink white fungus 15 minutes → wash 2 minutes → cook chicken's skin 1 minute → cook 90 minutes → put salt in 1 minute → take out to the bowl 1 minute.
