material: 5g tremella, 300g meet ridge, 1 scallion, 1 pc of green and red pepper 2 spoons of bi county hot jam(30g), 1 spoon of shao wine (5ml), 1 spoon of sauce(5ml) and 1spoon of amylum (5g)

1sink the tremella for about 12hours.washing it clean and cut the bottom. Tear the tremella. Cut the ridge into slices. Sink it into the shao wine, sauce and amylum for 10 minutes. Cutting the pepper and wash it clean and cut it into slices. Cut the scallion into slices.
2Cut Bi county hot jam to pieces. Put the water into the pot and boil it by high heat. Boil the tremella for 5 minutes and then out.
3Put the oil into the pot. When it is in 80% heat, put the ridge slice into the oil and out when it is cooked. And then put a little oil into the pot together with the bi county hot jam and scallion slice to fry the red oil. And then put the pepper slice into the pot. Mix for 2 minutes and then with the cooked ridge slice.
