The key step is cooking. In Uncle Yang's guidance, we first pour some water in the pot, put amount of flour after it is boiled, the flour should be well-distributed, otherwise there would be knots. Then put the chopped leaves into the pot, slightly blanched, it was finished when the vegetables were ripe. Uncle Yang told us again and again, it can not be cooked too long, because it will destroy acid vitamins, nutritional value will be lost.
