VII. suggestion to deal with pollution
1. Publish the sense of protection water to villagers
and persuade local citizens not to discharge sewage to
river
2. deal with dead leaves on the two side of Jingmi Channel,
especially in autumn.
3. release water from reservoir to the channel to regulate
water temperature and dilute algae.
4. forbid releasing phosphorus clothes washing water into
the channel.
