1. the sorts of algae: cyanophyta, euglenophyta; chlorophyta and diatom.
2. the cell density of algae: average 0.1 -10 billion/ liter
3. the density of chlorophyll a: the chlorophyll a in five water samples are above eutrophication level.
4. physics and chemistry factors: the depth of water is 0.5m; water temperature 24℃-35℃; transparency is 33.6cm; PH 8.5; and oxygen in water 7mg/L.
5. the reason to cause fish death in Jingmi Channel is algae poisoning.
