There
are 21 engraved steles in Ta’er Monastery, 13 of them were made
in Qing Dynasty, 6 in Republic of China (1912-1949) and 2 in contemporary.
Four of them are in Chinese, 2 in Chinese and Tibetan, 10 in Tibetan,
3 in Mongolian and Tibetan and 1 in Chinese, Tibetan and English.
These steles record the history, economic development, repair
and Buddhist activities of Ta’er Monastery.
