We are students in grade 8. We were very excited when heard being selected to join the computer interest group and participate in match that build website named “Sima Water Village”. Sima was a poor small town before, great changes have taken place in our hometown during the past two years, and it becomes a beautiful water village.

　　Today, a teacher will lead us into Sima water village, although my hometown is water village, due to various reasons, we have not been there so far, we will follow the teacher to discover hometown with book and pen. We mainly visited the agricultural Park in water village.

　　Sima Town is an old town in Pingchang County, at the north of Pingchang, 32 kilometer away frome County, S202 provincial road pass across the town. This is the town where is located in a small town in Daba mount. In 1960s, it was once famous all over the country. Had looking through major newspapers “People's Daily”, “Sichuan Daily” at that time, the eye-catching title – Learn from Yanlong, Catch up with Sima, that did refer to our hometown. So far, the old people felt proud when the past things were mentioned.

　　People are always in memory, Sima commune not only developed rapidly in pigs and water conservancy but also the main base of grain and cotton at that time. The commune party secretary Li Jingbi was cotton expert at that time, so he was named the national labor model, and he had ever been invited by Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai, Zhu De and other party and state leaders, in 1964, he was invited to participate in the National Day ceremony on the Tiananmen Square. Xinhua news agency and other news media repeatedly sent reporters to interview here, Chinese Writers Association also organized poets, writers to experience life here, wrote many report literature to reflect life here, poetry, prose, drama and film.

　　Now, with good water conservancy and water resources, through several years of efforts, the people build a beautiful water village in Sima, it is a resort which is relying on the wetland experience, vacations, sightseeing agriculture and new industries, on the basis of filial piety culture and Happy Farmhouse, to build filial piety park and Aquatic paradise.

　　Today's Sima is preparing to receive her friends and guests from all over the world with a brand-new look. I am pound of my hometown.
