Since the Tang Dynasty, Tibet and the Han nationality trade goes higher, historically named tea road. Going into the tea road, there are two roads from the center toward western.
1)The big one: in the Sui Dynasty it is done, enlarged in The Tang Dynasty. From the Ya’an to Luyongguan and Luyong River, across Hutou Canyon, Luojia, Luoli and Cangziba, along the Yingjing river, over the mountain, arriving Lizhou, to Shen Village. Across the village it is the Luding river bank. All the tea trades along the bank. It is the center for the tea business.
2)Small road: it is the shortcut entering into the Tibet. There are new and old two roads.
Old one: it is Hechuan Road, Diaomen Road, enlarged in south Song Dynasty, from Diaomen to west, through Shaping Village, Giangbizi, Xianrenqiao, Zishiguan. It can be through the Hangzhou River, to the Daianlu(Today named Kangding).
New road: it is done at the early of the Ming dynasty in the 31st year of the Ming Dynasty (in 1398), the officer of Tianquan through Diaomen and Renchang, Changhe Xikou, and the office road. In the Tang Yongle Dynasty, the Taiping Road was resumed. The old road was reformed in the Zishi stop and then through the river to Changhe.
In the democratic china 29th year, all the tea is carried by the labor and stock. All the things come to the cross and then use the labor across the mountain. After the liberation, all the supply is done by the car. |
