Shadow Play, formerly known as "shadow play" or "lights show", is a light irradiation with figures made of animal skins or cardboard to show the stories of folk faries. When performing, the artists are behind the white curtain, manipulating opera characters and singing with local popular tunes of stories, while accompanied by percussions and strings. It is a strong country flavor.

Silhouettes are displayed by the performers, with their singing, and accompanied by music. In the past, when films and television were not developed, shadow play was a very popular folk entertainment activitiy.
