A fter
arriving at Guanting, it was going to rain. What’s worse, there was
still a long way to our destination-Xiakou and E’Jia. There was no
bus or taxi at all. We had no method then. At that time, our teacher,
Mr. Feng Yuan-qing contacted Mr. Luo, the head of Guanting Police
Station. After learning our difficulty, he immediately put away his
work, and drove us to destination. We were moved by his help. Without
him, our interview would be cancelled. Thanks to the policeman’s great
help. |

 Mr. Zhang
Ke-qin, 83 years old, the dance and organizer of Nadun carnival.
When he knew the reason of our interview, Zhang happily cooperate
with us after dancing. He introduced the programs in Nadun, including
good news announcement, Da Gangzi, battle array and etc. he hope
that Nadun carnival can be world-famous by our website and more
students can participate in it.

 Mr Xu Xiu-fu,
67 years old, the head of Sanchuan Tu Nadun Association. He is author
of “Human and God Carnival”. This Tu cultural researcher was a temporary
guide for Xinhua Net journalists and foreign visitors. We listened
to his introduction of the origin of Nadun, dance and drama, and
other programs. Thus, we have an overall impression of Nadun carnival.

 During
Nadun carnival, we got to know Ms. Chen Mei, the vice president
of Minhe Social Development Bureau. After learning our participation
in Cyber Fair, she told us how to contact the senior artists of
Nadun, and offered large amount of material about Nadun, including
Sanchuan Tu Nadun intangible cultural heritage, “Human and God Carnival”,
Tu magazine and etc. Those valuable material is very beneficiary
to our later work. |
