Dang Hai-yun

He was born in Dacai Village, Huangzhong County of Qinghai Province. When he was very young, he was fond of Qinghai Quyi. When he was a teacher in Xibaozhen Middle School, he often studied Quyi in Zhangliyao Village, which was about four or five kilometers away from his school. Several years later, he changed to work in Huangzhong Population and Family Planning Bureau. From then on, he had more opportunities to contact local Quyi associations and studied with artists. In this year, Mr. Dang organized Huanghzong Quyi Association and became the president. This association aimed at promoting the development of Huangzhong Quyi.
