| Oral history mainly is having many interviews, but the concrete implementation has many difficulties. In order to enable us fulfill this oral history work, Professor Hu guarded us to have field interview and told us “interview is difficult but is experience full of emotion.” There are four aspects to pay attention to 1, prepare the interview. Make reservation with the interviewee before the interview and make detailed interview planning, know what questions to ask. 2, arrange the interview. Must have detailed arrangements when interviewing, grouping the interviewees based on their age, importance, adequate interviewing place, and time. |

3, conduct the interview. Prepare well all kinds of equipments before interview, for example, the placing position of video and tape recorder, the interview topics’ chronological sequence, how to response a misinterpreted question; what if get a perfunctory answer, how to rise a embarrassing question and so on. 4, end the interview. Remind the interviewee how to process the tape when ending the interview, where to keep the tape and handwritten copy, express thanks to interviewee. |
