Protecting forest and preventing fires
　　 There are 62 workers of the forest with 26 specializing in the protection of the forest. There are seven subordinate protective stations and four points, two checking stations and two committees with 40 workers. The 22 teams to protect forest are made up of 170 people. The main 18 fire brigades are made up of 500 militiamen and the amateur brigade is of 20 people.
　　 Xiama Forest is mainly on the protection of natural forest resources. Preventing of fires is the important point. There has not been the fire since the building of the forest.
