Li Huilian, female, an member of the Communist Party of China. She is the director of Qianyang Sun Bird arts and crafts professional cooperative, and a member of the Qianyang Folk Art Association. In 2003, her fabric work "flowers" was recognized folk art Grand Prize by Baoji municipal government, she was awarded the "folk artist" honorary title by the Baoji municipal government, in 2005, she was awarded "top ten female champion of farmers" by the Baoji Municipal Women's Federation.
