Taking Qianyang embroidery as the representative, intangible cultural heritage Xiqin embroidery is facing the decline of the dilemma, therefore mining, protection, inheritance and development of Qin embroidery has become an urgent need to solve the problem. So we interviewed the deputy director of the Qianyang County Cultural and Tourism Bureau, Yang Haijun, who talked about a series of work carried out by the government.

    1、 In recent years, Party committee and government of Qianyang county revitalizes the development of folk arts and crafts industry as one of the ten major industries" to lead farmers to get rich, proposed the development of ideas of " professional design, factory production, commercialization, market-oriented operation”, focusing on cultivating and supporting the leading enterprises, to form three professional associations in the county, township and village, and forming a number of specialists.

    2、Attract investment, and make big and strong handicraft industry. County leaders repeatedly went into the city and Province to contact docking embroidery culture industrial park construction project, strive for funds support from all levels of governments. Through the industrial park, we hope to attract merchants to invest in embroidery industry in Qianyang. 

    3、 Combine the embroidery industry with the precision of poverty alleviation, and carry out the training, to improve the quality of the products. We invited Wang Xiuping, the leader of Qianyang embroidery, moved Xiu Ping Xiu Zhuang into the county vocational secondary school, on one hand, to produce the embroidery, on the other hand, to carry out the tranning. Training from children, ensure embroidery techniques have qualified successors. At the same time, to carry out training in the town based on professional associations, through financial subsidies, poor households can take part in embroidery training, so they have proficiency in a particular line, and alleviate poverty as soon as possible.

    4、 We should develop market channels, focus on the development of network sales, implement order production, and improve the efficiency of product sales. Actively cooperate with Alibaba enterprises, to realize the Taobao network coverage of the rural county, town, village three levels. To realize online orders and sales of embroidery products, improve sales efficiency and production efficiency.

Our students should take the initiative to preserve and develop China Baoji folk handicraft as intangible heritage of humanity, to help raise our hometown's embroidery, to open embroidery course and learn needlework.
