Sand Lake
Tour area in the sand lake, is located in Datan Qianjin farm in Pingluo County. Developed and constructed in 1990. There is sand, water, abound fishes in Sand Lake,like Li,Lian, Yong, Huan, Ji,and unusual Wuchang,doll fish(big Ni)big terrapin more than 1 meter.In the aquarium of Hunan shore, we can see thousands of kinds of precious fishes. It is also the heaven of bird: white crane, black crane, swan...etc. more than ten kinds of precious birds living there. We can see the scene of bird playing on view bird tower. The bird's nests are among water reeds. In spring, motley bird eggs are dispersed there, which is a specta-cular sight. Around the West Lake,there is slippery sand, ride camel, ride horse, swim, fish, glide, beach volley-ball, football etc. And we can make sightseeing trip by airplane in the sky.It has become a touring spot in north-west China with great reputa-tion,and has been chosen as one of 35 most beauti-ful spots in China. Yuhuangge

Yuhuangge is located in Pingluo County.The builan ancient cooking vessels are set up during Yongle in Ming Dynasty-with a history of more than more than 580 years. The whole builan ancient cooking vessel body is special,the scale is great and the structure is careful and the craft is elega-nt. Zhonggu builan ancient cooking vessel　

The Zhonggu builan ancient cooking vessel is located in Pingluo County center, set up during Jia Jing inMing Dynasty. And it is ruined in the third year of Qianlong (1739) in an heavy earthquake, rebuild in Qianlong fourth year. In the third year of Xuantong Qing Dynasty (1911), it is ruined in a fire; In Republic of China (1913), wealthy gentlemen and experts together designed and builded it. The Zhonggu builan ancient cooking vessel sets up at the 13 meters wide square, having 3 floors outside, while 2 floors actually. The bottom layer is Dongbin palace, upper layer is Caishen palace. It is named as"four clear eight dark" for its special style of upper layer. This pavilion has 36 capes,72 posts, meaning 36 days gods, 72 ground evils.

Travel scenic area of Dashui Ditch　

It is located at the mouth of Dashui Ditch in Helan Mountain, Shangmiao Town, Pingluo County. Dashui Ditch is ruins of the biggest place in Xixia. At the right side of ditch mounth, there is a soil flat roof with 66-meter height and 133 meter width, which is called "Assigning Stage of Mu Guiying” bu common people.It is temple ruins of Li Yuanhao in Xixia Period.. Under the ruins, many Xixia brick and tile...etc. are explored. At 1,000 meters from the mounth of mountain,there is well preserved Great Wall of pass contain Ming Dynasty. And there are ancient temples ruins at three kilometers away which is called "top temple",around which many rock paintings left by the ancient horde remain. Ditch mountain spring flows contin-uously. Mountain on both sides are sheer, the wood is luxuriantly green, the air is delightfully fresh, is the good whereabouts for outing and mountain climbing. Many famous spots and historical remains are in Pingluo County. They have special charm. Besides them, there are also ancient Great Wall Site, Kangxi Yinma Lake, Sufang Lake, Helan Shang rock paintings, West Lake, Beiwudang Temple, etc.
