Q: how do you feel after you communicated with EDEN volunteers?

A: they have advanced teaching philosophy. First, they care about every students and emphasize on students’ full development; every class, there were several teaching working together; in class, they interacted a lot with students therefore they can bring students to participate in classes; second, they put emphasis on the practical ability: they designed lots of experiments for students; they flied kites with and did handworks with students; third, they built up harmonious relationships between teachers and students; they respect every student, treat them equally, and try to find advantages in every student, and therefore students gave them full trust and intimacy. All that fit our ongoing teaching reform. As a teacher, EDEN volunteers gave me a lot of inspirations.
